Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tower 28 Beauty.

1. Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

We do not process, pack, or ship orders on weekends and official public holidays.

If your order contains pre-sale items, the whole parcel will be shipped together once all products are in stock.

2. Estimated Delivery Transit Time

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, delays may occur from customs clearance, carrier backlog, extreme weather or force majeure.
  • Domestic US orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 7–20 business days after dispatch

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout, based on your delivery country, package weight and selected shipping courier.

Free standard shipping is available for all orders over $75 USD (pre-tax amount).

Expedited fast shipping options are offered at an extra cost for urgent orders.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Tax

For all international shipments:
  • All import VAT, customs duties, clearance administration fees and local sales taxes are the full responsibility of the buyer.
  • We do not cover or reimburse any cross-border tax charges incurred during customs inspection.
  • It is the customer’s obligation to confirm cosmetic import rules of your destination country before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, a unique tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address automatically.

You can track real-time delivery status via the tracking link 24 hours after shipment.

6. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels

  • If your package is marked lost or stolen by the courier, contact our support email support@towerglows.xyz with your order number within 14 days after dispatch. We will assist you to file a carrier claim.
  • For damaged goods upon arrival, please submit clear photos of the outer package and defective items within 48 hours of delivery signature for replacement or partial refund solutions.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the parcel is returned to us due to invalid address, customer refusal to pay customs tax, or failed delivery attempts, the customer will bear both original outbound shipping cost and return shipping fee. We will only resend the goods after you cover all extra logistics charges.
