Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of your order delivery date. To qualify for a return:
  1. All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original factory packaging with intact seals.
  2. Beauty products (serums, creams, makeup, skincare tools) that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging are NOT eligible for return due to hygiene regulations.
  3. Sale items, clearance goods, and gift sets marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required for all return requests.

Return Process

  1. Submit a return request via our store contact page or email support@towerglows.xyz with your order number and return reason.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and send a pre-paid return shipping label within 2–3 business days if approved.
  3. Pack all items securely, attach the provided shipping label, and drop off the package at the designated courier location.
  4. We do not cover return shipping fees for returns caused by personal preference (wrong shade, unsuitable texture). Shipping fees for defective/wrong items will be fully reimbursed.

Refund Timeline & Method

  1. Once we receive and inspect your returned package, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay). Bank processing delays of up to 10 days may apply.
  3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is our error (defective product, incorrect item shipped).

Damaged & Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with defective products:
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and faulty goods.
  • We offer two solutions: free replacement of the item, or a full refund including all shipping charges.

Exchanges

We support exchanges for unopened eligible items within the 30-day return window. If you wish to exchange for a different shade or product, note your desired replacement in your return request. Additional shipping fees may apply for exchange shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare, makeup, lip products, and disposable beauty tools (hygiene safety)
  • Final sale, discounted clearance items
  • Gift cards, promotional free gifts
  • Custom bundled sets
