30-day return window from delivery date for unopened, unused beauty products in original sealed packaging.
Opened cosmetic, skincare, and lip items are non-returnable due to hygiene safety standards.
Final sale, clearance items, and free promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Intellectual Property

All text, product photos, logos, graphics, branding, and content published on www.towerglows.xyz are the exclusive intellectual property of Tower 28 Beauty.
